Bed bug treatment

Bed bugs hide in mattress seams, bed frames, baseboards, outlet covers and furniture joints. We confirm the infestation first, looking for live bugs, cast skins and spotting, and check neighbouring units in apartment buildings when the landlord allows.

You get written prep instructions: bag and hot-dry bedding and clothing, clear the floor along walls, and keep furniture in place so bugs don't spread. Chemical treatment usually needs two or three visits about two weeks apart, because eggs survive the first application. Heat treatment can finish in one day but costs more.

Landlords and property managers can set up a standing arrangement for unit inspections and treatment at turnover.
